Return& Refund Policy

REPAIR OR REPLACE



Please feel free to contact the customer service center within the first 30 days to replace the damaged product and make a warranty claim within the time stipulated in the warranty. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to get back to work with a complete product replacement.

Note: Our order package is composed of panels, control boxes and other accessories. Due to the large panel, we only support the replacement of the panel due to damage during transportation within 7 days after receipt; our control box warranty service is 2 years , if it is damaged during this period, you can contact our after-sales service mailbox (Email: service@deskohilo.com) for replacement. We do not support telephone service for the time being. Once this service is activated, we will update it as soon as possible.


RETURN THE GOODS


Please feel free to contact Deskohilo Customer Service Center for a return notification with details including reason for return, order number. For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, please send us clear pictures or videos to prove it.


Return Shipping: Who will pay for the return shipping?


The A.Deskohilo team will cover the return shipping costs in the following cases:

Quality problems of non-artificial damage to the item itself, such as manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Your item was damaged in transit.

Your item was lost in transit or you have not received it for a long time.

Problem caused by Deskohilo team, you received wrong item.



B. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

Items that have been unopened and unassembled for any reason within 30 days.

Either you didn't like the item when you received it, or you didn't need the item when you received it.

Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer, such as incorrect address, product size, color and style.

Returning products due to obvious human-damaged quality issues raised by customers (such as improper handling, excessive violence, etc.).

Product damage caused by improper use by customers, including: placing overweight items on the desktop; not fully resetting after the first power-on; the desktop is not waterproof, and the desktop is deformed due to water intrusion, etc., etc., are not within the scope of return.

Return Shipping: How much is return shipping?

If your situation is suitable for situation B, you need to bear 30% of the order amount for restocking costs, including actual courier fees/storage fees/restocking fees/destruction fees, etc. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.



Returns and Refunds Process Timeline



Step 1: Whenever and wherever you want to apply for returns and refunds, please contact Deskohilo(Email:service@deskohilo.com) first.

Step 2: After we communicate and receive Deskohilo return confirmation email notification, please arrange return shipping within 7 days.

Step 3: After the goods are returned to the warehouse and inspected for damage, we will process the refund. In most cases, refunds will be processed within 48 hours.



RETURN PERIOD


Return deadline is 7 days after receipt of Deskohilo return confirmation email notification. To process a return, please contact our customer service first (email: service@deskohilo.com).


REFUND METHOD



For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you and us expressly agree to a different payment method.


KIND TIPS


The Deskohilo team recommends keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order. However, if you no longer have the original box, please let us know when requesting a return notification at Customer Service.
