A:Have you tried holding the UP arrow and the DOWN arrow pressed for 5 seconds at the same time? I get mine to reset to default status when I do that.
4.Q:My desk is no longer moving and seeing three lines on the display page. I've unplugged it and then it works for a few seconds, but then stops?

5.Q:Hello, the leg with the motor won’t lower fully making the table uneven. How can I fix this?
A:Please make sure the sync rod is fully pushed to both legs, and when you install the sync rod, put it in the leg without motor first, if this could not fix your problem, please send us a letter through email so we can send you a further solution.
6.Q:Will the desk hold a pc tower and a monitor?
A:I don't see why not? I have a bunch of stuff (books, notebooks, packets of A4 paper, lots of stationery, and a big calendar) on my desk including my computer screen.
7.Q:Is there away I can get a replacement for the legs. My desk is unbalanced due to one leg being longer than the other. Thanks
A:Hi, the problem might be the sync rod is not pushed enough to both legs, please loose the screws on the sync rod and re-installed it to see if it works, if not, please contact us through email for further solution, thanks
